Yeah those suck too. Around this time three years ago, in the dead of winter funnily enough, my house got hit by a tornado. I was the only one home when it happened, and I was in the middle of taking a shower. I heard rumbling and I thought "Damn, that's some loud thunder!" Then it didn't stop and it got closer and closer and I was like "OHHHH SHIT" turned the water off, crouched down in the tub and prayed. I'm not even religious but I prayed right then, cuz I was sure I was about to die. But luckily I'm still alive :tongue:

What's scary is that I was contemplating not even getting up that early, and staying in bed. I went in my room after I got out of the shower and there was a huge rafter beam laying on my bed, right on my pillow where my head would have been.

Thanks. Haa, i know, that's what i like most about the pic, the sun and the green leaves/grass.
It was all gone by the next day.

It snowed about 2 feet where I am at so I decided to trip my face off and have some snowball fight. The fun stopped when I got hit in the face. The snow tasted like metal and burnt hair.

I live in SC and we got hit with a ton of snow and ice..

Lost control at 3am after dropping a friend off and did a complete 180..Flawless recovery in my 4 door blazer.  :cool:

Yeah, I'm out near Orange and we got a good 2 feet. I can still hear the wind but I can't tell if it's still snowing. :nonono:

Couldn't do shit. Couldn't buy weed, couldn't chill with friends, ugh. :feelsbadman:

Yeah, I'm pretty lucky. My parents (my mom especially) was hysteric about it, crying and everything, and my stepdad was so stressed he thought he might have to go to the ER, but he didn't. Meanwhile I was just sitting there calm and blank. I never did cry about it, I think I must have been in shock or something.

For a while after that I would get really nervous and scared if I heard thunder, especially the rolling thunder that goes forever and slowly creeps and gets closer, because that's how it was that day.

But I have always had a fascination with tornadoes, even dreams about them..kinda strange one hit my house. And I still want to go do a storm chase out in Tornado Alley. Did you know they actually have tours?

Yeah we got about 3 inches down here in mid-Tn. All the schools have been closed most of the week. The main roads have been cleared off though.
