For a long time I was convinced that I was sub-par.  I've since learned that this is not the case. Size is important to some, no doubt, but to others it will matter little, if at all.  Furthermore, average sizes are often exaggerated (also keep in mind that they consider a fully engorged dick measured all the way to the pelvic bone) and the outright aversion of some women to big dicks goes totally unreported.

Maybe you're little, maybe you're not.  Either way, it probably matters less than you think it does. Cheer up!

The one thing ive heard of working was the one that stretches your dick and it takes awhile to grow but it will grow. It
also depends on how much you want to use it to how much it will grow. If you got a 3inch dick then your out of luck i think
but you can go to forums and follow different peoples progress to see what kind of results to expect

A dude i used to live with talked about how he had a stretching technique that worked. Which onvolved forcefully pulling from the base of the willy to stretch the fibres of the erectile tissue whilst it was erect. he said it wasn't pleasant, but made him longer. Not long after hearing this, a girl i met while out drinking knew him, and drunkingly said something along the lines of this to me: "it was definately long, but too thin and bent..." then she laughed.
