questioin on regaining a script (out of state)

i want to regain a script for adderall

2 years ago i was proscribed 30 adderall 30mg xr a month for not being a able to concentrate well (illinois p-doc)

that ended a little over a year ago.

a couple of months ago i went to a public aid doctor (in florida) and was thrown a script for 60 30mg adderall ir

my question is this.

i never filled the script in florida because i had no money and my wonderful mother didnt want me having them :rolleyes:

anyways......

do doctors check if the script was filled? will they bother with anything if it is out of state?

i want those 60 30s a month because i can easily pay car insurance/cell phone bill.. i kind of out grew speed unless i have to get something done.
