I'm fully capable of believing the government did 9/11. I don't believe, but it's totally possible they hired a few dipshits to fly planes into buildings as a pretext for war. Governments pull that shit all the time.
The controlled demolition? No. That's not possible. Not because the government isn't EEEEEEEEEEEEEVIL enough, because it is. But because the only place you could pull off a covert demolition of skyscrapers is in a comic book or a bad action movie, and if you guys used about five minutes worth of critical thinking you'd see that this is obvious.
This was one of the busiest buildings in the world. There were ALWAYS people there--even in the middle of the night, hundreds of them. You expect me to believe people came in there, ripped out sheetrock and replaced drywall, repainted and wallpapered--and ran LITERALLY miles of wire to the detonators--and NOBODY that worked in those offices noticed? And don't give me any shit about the elevator shafts. Not only could you not wire up this entire building through the elevator shafts, that would still leave shitloads of evidence because other people entered those shafts routinely and the structural members were still covered with fireproofing and other shit that would have to be removed. And this is assuming we're talking about explosives, which wouldn't have to be that large, small enough to fit in a backpack easily. To do it with thermite, you'd need some kind of gigantic insulated device to force the thermite to move horizontally--something about the size of dining room table--and to imply they installed hundreds of those covertly is just laughable.
tl;dr The covert controlled demolition theory is a bunch of retarded nonsense and you guys are unbelievably gullible for buying it. It could not happen in reality.
Now, if you want to say those planes were flown by remote control or by CIA operatives or whatever, I'll give you a big fat "COULD BE TRUE."
