A quick look via google, "Full Sail University reviews" and the like....  I say nay.

Unfortunately, online, for profit schools arnt that good and are often just a rip off.  You can learn alot of shit online for free, you dont need a school to teach you things online.  Brick and mortar schools are better because its in person and you interact with experts in the field.  Plus a real university is usually cheaper than these online things.

My prediction is that if you finish that school you would be no more marketable than somebody  who just studied on their own, but you would have spent alot of money.

Dude, please don't waste your money on Full Sail... everyone laughs at Full Sail grads. It's almost a negative. If you want this bad enough, you'll find a better way. If you don't, then you're screwed anyway.

Your best bet would be to find a solid college or university close to you, and then see if they offer any online classes.

Full Sail? What a joke. They accept everyone as long as you show them the $$$$. I know a bunch of kids that go there, I feel bad for them. You learn cool stuff but is it worth slaving away the rest of your life to pay back those loans?

Berklee is a legitimate school, and might be right for some people, but why the obsession with online degrees? Because it's more convenient? Guess how far that attitude will take you in this field... If you want to go into commercial music recording and production, know that a) a degree offers NO hiring advantage whatsoever, and b) you will still start out as an unpaid intern because you won't know nearly as much as you'll think.

Go to a legitimate institution if you want to spend a lump sum of cash on education. These fly-by-night schools are generally a bad deal for the student.

I'd choose a profession that has a chance of survival in the next couple of decades.

Depressions make music that EVERYONE dances to.
But it doesn't come from musicians, it comes from financial collapse.

You need a job with useful skills and applicability to a devastated economy, that will take a decade or more to recover from damage you haven't even seen more than a breath of yet.
