Hump,

We've been out of the office since Friday (had to catch the Phish shows in Cinci this weekend)! I'm more than certain I caught up with email right before we left, but your order shouldn't have been delayed this long (because all last week we were shipping orders within 24 hours of placement). If your emails are coming through without any problem then I should be able to hit them on Monday morning.

Sorry for the delay, we'll definitely take care of you!

Customer service doesn't operate on the weekends. I expect you will get an email Monday. As far as I know, orders are on schedule. Try emailing again.

Yeah me too, I have ordered a few prints and 1 syringe, though the syringe didnt work, but the spores were great. Very fast and discreet. A+
