I have never injected myself and wouldn't know how to do it.  And I'm afraid of needles, so I would probably pass out. 

You act like I can't pull this off by swallowing.  But I can tell that you know I can.  I've crushed up most of the pills and put them in 000 capsules.

Use a sawn off shotgun. It'll be quicker and easier.

Before you do it write 'STAL' in masking tape on the wall behind your head and tie string from that to your arm or something so when you fall over you reveal the words on a blood and brain spattered wall.

So we know its you and stuff when we read the papers.
