First time dosage

I'm certain this question's been asked many times before, but I tried a couple of searches and didn't come up with anything.

I've got a hookup, so I can get my hands on any reasonable quantity of shrooms. I've never tried them before, so I'm looking for realistic advice on a decent first-time dosage.

I've done acid twice (first time I was alone and took a healthy dose...had a freakin' blast) and DXM once (it was OK, but I won't bother with that again). I'm not a psychedelic expert by any means, but I consider myself very mentally stable, and I think my previous experience ought to give me at least some idea of what to plan for.

I've got an experienced trip sitter should I run into any problems, and to help guide me toward as enjoyable trip as possible. I'm not looking for an ego-blasting experience, but I'd like to have a strong trip with lots of crazy thoughts and visuals.

What quantity of P. cubensis would you recommend that I "aquire?" They'll already be dried (obviously), and unfortunately I don't have any means of judging the potentcy beforehand, so I'm looking for recommendations based on "average" potency (I'm well aware that I might end up with something a lot stronger or weaker than I was planning on, but I'm mentally prepared for that possibility). I'm 5'7", and 160 lbs. Any advice you could offer would be mucho appreciado.

Chances are if you're buying from a dealer you aren't going to know the strain. If you've taken a fair amound of acid I sad you shold be fine with shrooms. Personally I reccomend 2-2.5 grams for a first dose. Enough for some visuals, but not enough to into the deep end with.
