What's interesting about that argument is the way it's been absorbed by my generation and all the generations that have followed:

The consensus is that this double standard is wrong, so therefore we should all have sex with as many people as possible, regardless of our gender. 

Somehow, this became logical.

Anyway..

Humans are polygynous by nature, it simply makes evolutionary sense for men to fuck as many women as possible and for women to be exceptionally picky on who they let fuck them.. In evolutionary terms, men want to spread as much of their genes as possible, and women want to make sure that the limited number of children they can possibly produce who they invest a lot of energy in have a high fitness (intelligent, strong, healthy) so that they will likely pass on their genes to subsequent generations - females will be exceptionally reserved in their mate choices and only pick what they consider a very fit individual to pair with.

By women becoming sluts, they are rubbing against the evolutionary grain [order/laws] and causing unease in men - after all, who the fuck would want to stir someone elses porridge and risk getting a disease or raising a child that isn't even theirs? [in both evolutionary & modern terms]

Feminism has worked well for women in a few respects, but overall it has caused much more detriment than good. Many feminist-moulded women/girls end up with trailer-trash husbands or no husbands at all and with a bunch of retard bastard children if they do actually procreate - every feminist I have met has seemed eternally pissed-off, resentful and far from happy.

Bring back the wholesome Christian family values I say..
