Im considering joining the American Cheese Society

I have recently grown fond of cheese in the past few days...as we speak I am munching on shredded cheddar. Yum. Only prob is that memership is 150$ a year... Thoughts?

I am a huge fan of smoked swiss myself, it is like the cheese of all cheese, the smoked gruyere is good, don't get me wrong, smoked cheddar kicks ass too, but smoked swiss, ahhh christmas time.
