 a very simple question about the dung

in a few days my grain jars a going to ready for case
and i will have to go out and find some horse dung and cow dung.
it is raining here and i think i have to dry them a little .my questions are very simple
i try to strearilize them i dont want to p a s t e u r i z e them because i m a bit afraid . i haven t got lots of jars.
i plan to use them with some peat moss and verm and also with some sheep dung..and colonise them again.and then i want to make a casing layer that doesnt include nutrients.can you point me somewhere a little bit i can take some help.
how much mixture do i have to use for my mixing plan

for every jar of grain...
use 4 to 6 jars of mixture. no more.. you want it to go fast, since it's your first time!!!

no it is not my first time but eveyday i saw that i made lots of things just as luck.i try to learn.i want to learn how much mix do i have to use
for horse dung cow dung and sheep dung..i m on reading also.but i m afraid to use straw..also i havent got money to buy.i can find it here but that time i have got lots of questions about is it hay or straw.i don t want to bore any of you.
before i succeed on sheep but then i learn that it is not good to use it in casing layer.my other casing is in the fridge .i put horse cow and sheep .but then .an stroma happens. shroomery told me that no nutrients in layer.and i put a layer on it again.
i try to learn how much mix do i have to use in substrate mix.do i use peat also .and i think verm doesn t needed but .i need someone to tell me that.
i m on the substrate teks but if you point me directly somewhere it is more easy for me.it been a long time for me that i didn t eat some mush just because of my experiment feeling.
this time i try to make everything right.and in knowledge.thanks.

P a s t e u r i z e them. You pasteurize at 170 for a while because it kills only heat susceptible organisms and there spores, and the beneficial microorganisms that are left alive after you pasteurize will protect the substrate against contams. SO PASTEURIZE or sterilize and get contams, its your decision

Worm castings is my choice at this point in the game , a lot less hassel to prepare .
Bag of worm casings , bag of verm , mix up roughly 2:1.5 poop to verm ratio , get to right moisture content , pc or ac, pasturization or sterilization your choice IMHO is a preference thing ,we sterilize it ! Had good luck so far . But many believe in them microbes from pasturization . Where sterilization promises no nasties at the very start , giving myc time to get strong and hopefully kill any invaders with natural antibodies produced by the myc itself ! Again , I think most is preference ....which is easiest and works best for the individual .

Im obsessed over cultivation of shrooms. Its a awesome hobby, so ive read hundreds and hundreds of hours on all of cultivation, its like i can never get enough. So just im knowledgable enough so beleive me. And if your asking how do you pasteurize heres how.
1. find some shit that is dry. if its not dry, dry it.
2. put it in an old pillow case.
3. now get a big pot heated up with some water in it on your stove.
4. use a candy thermometer to make sure the temp stays around 170 for 30 minutes to a hour.
5. when your done drain the excess water out by squeezing it with your hands.
6. wash your hands.
