1. Duvel Belgian Ale: "Brewed by Moortgat Brewery in Belgium. One of the brewers there initially referred to the beer as "a devil of a beer" because of how light and easy it is to drink even with it's sneaky 8.5% alcohol content. Duvel is Flemish for devil and is pronounced "DOO vil" Duvel is a well respected and liked world classic beer. There are many imitations, with names such as Satan, Lucifer and Judas. "

3. Newcastle is good once in a while.

But the Duvel is bomb! I recommend it highly. It's pretty expensive though and it might be hard to find.

Yep that's Sapporo you're thinking of.

My favourite is without a doubt Hoegaarden!  After that, Newcastle, Boddington's, Beamish Irish Stout and anything made by Unibroue in Quebec :smile:

If you like Hoegaarden then try Duvel. Hoegaarden is great but Duvel is a step up in my opinion.

Although in Mexico, I did get drunk O' plenty on Sol, so I guess from all the connoisseur 'ing' of beer in my day, that's the favorite.  :smirk:

My favorite beer is Guinness, no other beer is like guiness, it's even pressurized with nitrogen, don't believe me try a search engine, or check this site out.
Actually I love the taste most.  And you can always tell a good beer from a shitty beer by it's head.  I love head!!! heeh  No other beer beets guiness head haha.  Anyway there are other good ones, like Molson, Yuengling, Shinner Bock Rolling rock.  I mainly go for Lager.  Especially amber lager, and honey lagers. MMMMM...

But guinness is an aquired taste, kinda like coffe, if you chug a pint of it, it tastes very simmilar to coffe.  I love it.  It's My special Occasion beer.  It's kinda expensive in the US.  Especially up north.  About 40 bux for a case of pint cans. 
I'm an occasional drinker though, I love the BUD(not to be confused with BUDWISER, the king of shitty beers, or as I call it "shwag beer" hehe and coors light too, and natty light, all that nasty pisswater looking shit.)  :crazy:

I'm not a big beer person, but I get my share from parties and after hockey games when they guys bring a cooler in.

Miller Light is pretty good

guiness is soo fucking strong.
can't drink it unless i have something to munch on. mmm, i'm starting to want one. guiness druaght in a can, poured in a tall glass...i like it with pizza! LoL never had it on tap though, but i'm guessing the 'tap in a can' is pretty close.

The only thing Better than a 40 of Old English is a 40 of 211 Steel reserve, around here it cost 2.11 with tax (just thought I'd add that), this shit knocks me on my ass.

So what you all call newcastle,is that newcastle brown ale?Never even knew you could get that in the us or canada is it popular there ? it was here a few years ago.(UK)in fact interessting to see a lot of uk ales over there it seems.


Still expected i suppose considering the sad state of u.s beer :tongue:
