Stop thinking.

Really, if you're committed, just lay in bed all day with music going and keep reminding yourself you do not exist every time a thought arises, that nothing exists, that there's nothing to think about unless you're literally solving a puzzle, and existence is no puzzle; it's obvious; it's You, the You that Is Not; the Self; God. So there's nothing your mind can do about anything. It wasn't meant to be used in a constant way, but it's drunk on thoughts right now, causing egoic suffering.

Go outside occasionally though, and enjoy nature with a cuppa tea. :laugh: Otherwise you'll forgot it's worth not existing.

Eh I'm not really saying anything that hasn't been said before. :tongue:

on another note though...everytime someone asks "who is it that is thinking the thoughts" or whatever can't I always just respond "I am"...I only sort of get this wise questioning

yeah. i think the whole point of that question is to raise your level of thinking to a plane where the self does not exist.


however, the root chakra is all about stating "I AM" firmly with strength. so fuck yeah, i do exist:feelsgoodman:

All my posts in this forum are strictly fictional.

then why do i keep viewing everything in linear time.

you think that once you understand the concept of eternal "here and now" you could just experience it without being stuck in past/present/future mode...


why the hell does it require me to meditate for years if its so goddamn obvious...

and yes my fear and anger perpetuate themselves but they are there whether or not i like it.

Denial is never the road. acceptance of all things good, bad, ugly and beautiful. if its oneness than anger and hatred are to be embraced equally the key is just to not suffer from them...that i have not figured out

now thats a good question...

time is relative to me. i perceive/create it

change lets me know time has passed. change within me i suppose since if i sat in a closed off room i would not perceive any change.

however, i am always changing. i was once one way and before that i was another and now i am something else entirely.

Memories are just tiny current charge in the brain. Which phenomenally contain much information. Organic nanoprocessors?

Realize who you are, beyond eyes and senses.
You are always as you are, as Kickle stated before.
The mindstate is what changes and body.

even if its just a multitude of fragmented perceptions (memories, sensations, feelings, thoughts) that is something i guess...

im starting to get this question...

Everything is perception.

the sense of ego comes into being when perception fragments itself and separates.


you come back into whole being by realizing all is perception and the "I" that would answer the question somehow becomes submerged into the "oneness" when prompted with asking said question..
