okay so my guy hooked me up with some hash. its just a big chunk that weighs out to be .4
how do i smoke it?
the only other times i have smoked it was on top of herb. i have never smoked it by itself :shrug:

should i just stick the big chunk into the bowl?

I always used to make a small little piece and roll it into ball then place that little ball on a chunk of good green. I'm not very creative though :shrug:

break it up as small as possible. use a metal screen in the pipe.

i should have included i have no green.

yeah the smaller the better
just makes it easier and smoother to hit
that's my fav way to smoke hash, putting it on top of green messes with the taste and makes it harder to hit
alternatively you could hotknife it
i'm not a fan of hotknives :shrug:

use a meth pipe, if you can find one.

or simply put it on tinfoil and 'chase the dragon' with it.

Go buy some steel and/or copper scrubbers.  cut a piece the size of your bowl.  burn all of the stuff off of the metal.  flame it until no more fumes come off of it.  rinse it in water and repeat.  use that as a screen, and crumble some stuff on top  of it.

Do not let the flame touch it, you want to vaporize it instead of combusting it. 
shrugs, it's worked very well.  especially for stuff that you can't burn.

if you do it right, you wont taste the metal at all, and there will be no risks.

Do you know what an acid brush is?  When I was in the Navy, on a ship, we went to Italy and were always scoring this ridiculously strong blond hash for dirt cheap.  We didn't have any way to smoke it, so we took little acid brushes (little brushes with aluminum tubes), pulled the bristles out of the tubes, then just stuck the end of the tube into the hash so it got a little piece into the end of it.  A killer one-hitter, light it off and about 2 or 3 one hitters of that blond hash was all one could bear.

Friend and I improved on that idea by setting up a ball jar lid with a mouthpiece (we cut the top off of a Bic pen cap), punching a second hole for a carb, and gluing a safety pin to a lid small enough to sit in the bottom of the ball jar. Cut off a little ball of hash, stick it on the pin, light it, carefully place the small lid in the jar, drop the top back on (don't need to bother with the ring) and smoke.
