Here are a few of the top producers in the game, if you ask me. There's many many more. They all have their own unique style and it feels like warm butter on your brain.
Remember, dubstep is supposed to be experienced with giant speakers and bass, and if not that way you can use good headphones that catch the lows.

No, Dubstep isn't very popular around here.  We almost never see threads about it.  You probably won't get a lot of people posting various examples of this incredible and not at all generic dance music genre for you to listen to.

most dubstep is generic garbage. Amon Tobin, however, is a experimental TRIPHOP musician who sometimes plays dubstep.
