& You are right. The fact they are more emotionally intelligent goes to prove my point, where they advance emotionally we advanced intellectually, our emotional intelligence is the cost. When you have intellectual intelligence emotional stability is likely to suffer. I don't really think we are "smarter" we simply care more about intellectual things.. how things really work.. women are more absorbed in relationships and their own personal circle. I'm not the first to think this, readup on Carl Jung and Arthur Shopenheour.. You ask for evidence but the evidece is probably staring you in the face just look at the women in your life and how they think somewhat differently and ask yourself what is the the primary difference that causes all the other differences.

You and Poid have become interchangeable basically.

The DNA will change based on what is perceived or what is going on in the mind, the mind has more power then the DNA does the dna just follows what happens in the mind and whatever needs the organism has the DNA works to satisfy. I havnt seen the vid for years but his proof of this is how some bacteria in a peatre dish change there DNA in order to metabolize the food that is in the dish, previously they had no abilitiy to eat this food.. something along those lines.

The mind is a function of the brain.

If you haven't read Jung's description of the Mother Archertype, I highly recommend it. I'm not sure if it can be found online anywhere, I had to buy a book that contained it. But it is very worth the read. It might kill some of the chauvinism that is in your posts and help elaborate what I think you're aiming for.

Cypher you will have to giveup the things you think you already know to learn anything new. You can't just state this so called fact and ignore the evidence I just presented which over-rides that fact.

Counter-evidence: change the brain through surgery or drugs and you change the mind.

Counter Evidence: out of body experiences, near death experiences, the fact you can see, taste, smell while dreaming and your body is asleep, ghosts, etcetera. The brain is certainly the organism of consciousness and any change in the brain will affect consciousness however this does not prove the mind is a product of the brain, contrary to popular belief.

I disagree, I think I'm understanding all too well.
Unfortunately, when you say intellectual things are the realm of the man, it comes off as highly chauvinistic.
Jung seemed to grasp what such statements really meant and could elaborate the point.
That's all I'm saying -- it might be beneficial to look into one of these elaborations.
Jung IMO wouldn't say that intellect was the realm of man without first defining the intellect he referred to.

Yeah but all those experiences you list presumably require a functioning brain in order to have them; has anyone ever had an OBE or a dream without active neurons firing?

You are correct that this doesn't prove anything, because there is no proof in science.

Did I though? Thought I just said we are MORE intellectually geared, just because we are relatively more intellectual does not mean they are not intellectual. This is the premise of the rest of your argument so I will rest my case.

You used the lack of females here as evidence of your thought.
Is this not the realm of the intellect?
