:awesome: I went there for the 2nd time last week and decided that its much easier/cheaper just to buy the damn sauce and make the wings/put it on various meats myself.

i admit that BWW may not be the best but this sauce is fuckin epic.

Also, my college sells wings at their cafeteria for a fraction of the cost. So what I tried yesterday was twice the wings for half the price, gettin stoned off my ass and nom nom nom nom nom hot bbq

I only like the Parmesan Garlic wings there.

Personally I like Hooters, but I really haven't had too many different establishment's wings.

Another thing that is cool is how easy it is to make your own BBQ sauce as well. If you have a good sense of taste and know what ingredients make the sauce taste certain ways with a little practice you can make your own. I started doing it one day when I ran out of BBQ sauce then called my mother and asked her how to make some. I started with some ketchup then I added some apple cider vinegar and some cayenne powder as well as some worcetershire sauce and some hot sauce and a little dab of yellow mustard, maybe some brown sugar if you like it sweet. If you experiment you can make the sauce taste how ever you like by adding things like chipotle peppers to make a chipotle sauce or add more mustard for a mustard based sauce or try adding teriyaki to make a teriyaki BBQ sauce. I almost never buy BBQ sauce anymore unless it tastes amazing or it is in bulk and I use it as a base to make my own. I started making it cold but then began adding ingredients with more water in them and simmering the sauce with some minced garlic and some other seasonings to enhance the flavor. Try it some time, and a good recipe for wing sauce is hot sauce with a little melted butter in it.

It's all about the buffalo sauce imho... Hot Sauce + Butter FTW...

IMO Hooters > Wing House > Wing Zone (Pizza Hut)

The Hooters > Wing House is REALLY close... it really depends on where you live for that comparison.

Cluck U is pretty good too.
The nuclear sauce and Traditional Death are good. I forgot what the hottest one is, but you have to sign a waiver when you get it.
