Can the critics still deny that the geometry of matter is directly related to the harmonic interweaving of light itself? There is no substance, in the absolute sense. We live in a reality of un-reality; all is an illusion and the stuff that dreams are made of. Our physical world is nothing more than a resonating ball of light and shade."

so far rhinestone eyes takes the cake for me.. not sure if I'm gunna pirate this one or what.  First album of theirs still is my fav, that and their remix album.  Some sick songs on there with equally sick raps

one thing about the gorillaz is that they're realllly good and writing CATCHY music :awedance:

they were the first band I ever considered myself a "fan" of.
I discovered them and and have been a fan of them since i was in elementary school.

I am listening to it right now, so far I really dislike the first few tracks, however, I am digging the middle tracks. Havent gotten to the end yet but I have my fingers crossed.  :awesomenod:

My friend and I are familiar with pretty much all songs now.  I think it's an excellent album; it's great to have the Gorillaz back.

I've heard this album about 30 times now, and as near and dear to me as it is, I still say Demon Dayz is 1 or 2 steps better.

Agree/disagree?

Me too, they each have their own unique vibe but Demon Dayz just has such a sick flow to it from start to end.  Plastic Beach comes in an extremely close second but Demon Days just hits my musical G-spot.

I wonder if Demon Dayz is a play on Zeppelin's "Dancing Days".  It fits...
