Benson Henderson, Aldo vs Faber

Last night was probably the deepest WEC card in the history of the organization.


But most people don't follow it because to them MMA = UFC only.



Anyways, Benson Henderson continues to impress.  His fight against Cerrone was awsome.  Varner is rusty but he's no joke.



Jose Aldo vs Faber.....what an amazing fight that's going to be.


Faber, his losses to Brown were mainly a stylistic issue.  Brown really had Faber's number, with the wrestling, etc.


Faber vs Aldo will be a fight for the ages.  Two super dynamic freestyling fighters going at it, with cardio for weeks.

What depth and competitiveness amongst the top three of a division (and a willingness to fight one another) - they put together great fights and on any given night anyone of them could have their hand raised - what more could you ask for

When is Faber vs. Aldo scheduled?

I like WEC because its free and in HD.  The only problem is that it airs so much, I never know if what I'm watching is live, or a year old.

Was a great fight, those guys have known each other and trained together for fights for several years now, and it sure turned into an interesting match. 

Aldo and Faber should be a lot of fun.  Both guys are entertaining to watch.

Yeah it was a slick submission for sure, and Efrain is no slouch on the ground. 

I got 4 guys fighting tomorrow up here in Alaska, heading to weigh ins now. (Might get to meet Matt Hume.. kinda excited)  Wish us luck!

Thats not a problem at all.


The WEC card ruled a lot, Varner was winning then got sloppy. Henderson does continue to impress.

Was sad about Efrain losing and Diaz too.

I pointed him out and told one of my fighters "That's Matt Hume!" to which I received a reply of "Who's that?" :lol:  I was more nervous to talk to him than I am to talk to women.
