ok so this is an easy one.

the contest is for the best bong.

i am the judge and there will be 2 winners that get a pe print.

and for anyone that may not smoke.
i will also give one pe print to the most creative person to post a pic cause i know not everyone:bonghit:

put a sign in the pic saying WBU so i know your not just finding a pic on the net.

this will run for 6 hours.

no people from ca,ga,and id.:smirk:
