I've been smoking cigs on and off the past year and not ONCE have I ever "craved" or ever said "I need a cigarette". I think the addiction, by all means, is in the head of the user.

I guess, cigarettes are solely a social thing for me. That's almost the only time I smoke.

smoking is pretty much the most additive drug out there.  the stats are crazy, like if you smoke one cig you have a 70% chance of becoming addicted an more than one cig is in high 80's or low 90's.

only 10% of smokers quit, and i vaguely recall that on average they quit after 20 years of smoking.

that one in the link is not available here till the 19th this month and i dont like the idea of "mastering the draw' part it mentions or turning it off after 20 minutes


maybe a little draw pump could be made or fitted to the mouth whip

i only smoke cigs if im stressed to the max otherwise i hate them

Yep, for years now and it is a lot cheaper when you make your own; but sometimes I buy a tailor made pack of spirit menthol's to refresh.

If I do go back to jail for a month of longer, I will quite when I get out.......it really is a matter of associations.......sadly they do smoke in prison so that would make things ruff if I went there...really ruff.

I have smoked so long and so much, I used to be very much into sports but I loved tobacco since my old man died and left me some....some pipe tobacco....first time I actually needed it on a every other day basis.....now it is quite frequent or things just don't operate well.

I still smoke pipes once in awhile and cigars from time to time...but I would like to know what pot is like by itself.

My first cigarette was when i was 12....BUT i didnt inhale until i was 13 or so. My friends were telling me "Your not even inhaling". They showed me how to do it correctly and to be a "Tough guy" i took the longest, and most drawn out inhale youve ever witnessed. When i brought the smoke to my lungs i damn near passed out. The first words out of my mouth were....

"O my god! You guys enjoy this? Is it supposed to feel this way"?

So its been a year on the smokes, had my last one about 8 hours ago, not yearning for another yet.

i got to about 20 a day at one point, and at £6 a box that means the habit could have cost me £2190 or $3,541.44

i feel as if i lost 10-20% of my lung capacity, but that could be because i passed out on and breathed in a large pile of orange coloured dust in the attic of a McDonalds.

send me your willpowers please.
