my girlfriends mother works at a nursing home and said they give something called roxinol at the very end of life when they are basically waiting to die.

Yeah, Roxy's are the same thing as OC's but they're not just a generic form. Also, the highest I've seen is a Roxy 60 and the lowest OC's I've dealt with were 20's actually.

Opiates are the "opium of the masses" (no pun intended) around here and SWIM Has done and sold a shit ton. Here's what you should know: You like Percs and Tabs and shit? That doesn't matter. Roxy's and OC's really aren't very comparable to those unless you're taking high doses of Percs. They're comparable to morphine and heroin. Pain goes away and you can't keep your head up. If you're just doing a 15, it's not so bad. It's like 1.5 Perc 10's but hits you a little harder and faster because there's no filler. But even with my high tolerance to opiates I was nodding on my first 20 millies of OC. And be warned, if you do 20+ mg, depending on your body chemistry and tolerance, you will be dope sick the next day, you will be sore, and you will want more although at lower doses like 20mg it's bearable.

Also, some have a time release coating you should get off of it. I always let them sit in my mouth for a few seconds and then rub it off.

Most importantly, be safe. Don't down or snort 60mg thinking you're superman (especially if you don't have a tolerance of opiates) or you might end up in the ER. Heavy opiates like that aren't party dr00gz but they will fuuuuuuck you up.
