yah just simmer in butter, carefully DON'T scorch, then use as and when normal butter is called for .

makes even fluffier than normal baked stuff.

This might not be the "headiest" way to do it but it works real well.  Go to the store, grab a box mix of betty crocker fudge brownies, or any mix that takes 2/3 a cup of oil add in about a half ounce of shwag or other comparable amount.  When using nicer herb fine to cut down on the amount put in, 5g sounds about right.  Set your burner on medium low, put oil in frying pan and let it heat up. You don't want the oil to bubble and boil and whatnot, just kind of moving, so when you put in your ground up herb the heat kind of carries it around in the oil slightly.  IF it begins to burn take off heat, turn down burner then reapply to heat as appropriate.  Your goal is to have a nice brown, not black oil in about 20 to 25 mins of heat exposure.  Then either strain the herb out of the oil or just put it right in the mix, if your only using five grams no need to strain, especially if its heady it will taste awesome.  THen just use this oil and prepare the mix by the directions on the box.
Working with oil I have found is superior to butter, It doesn't burn as fast.

look up how to make cannabutter and then just use that in place of any margarine or butter. Thats the proper and ONLY way 2 do it. If u mix ur shit in the brownie mix it just cooks all the thc off of it.

I might have been unclear, but I didn't mean to say mix with brownie mix, make the hash oil first, then put into the brownie mix as you would regular oil when making brownies.  I am positive you will not be disappointed.

There is no one recipe...

Step 1 - Get THC from weed into oil/butter by heating it.

Step 2 - Make brownies with that oil/butter.

I strain out the plant matter with cheesecloth, some people leave it in... I use ALL of the plant, and I hate bits of stem in my brownie. :shrug:

with only 5g you will only be able to make about 1 stick of potent butter (1/4lb). Use a crocpot and let it simmer for like 6 hours, but i would suggest using more weed and butter like 14g herb to 1/2lb of butter or 1oz to 1lb. good luck

I think the OP is taking about BHO(butane hash oil) which is commonly dubbed, "budder", not cannabutter(actual butter).

And it is quite simple to make, just google bho extraction, but 5g isn't really enough to do it and I wouldn't ever use headies for it.  Use some high grade mids or a bunch of trim and wait until you have a least a 1/2 ounce to make BHO. 

Careful when making it as well, static electricity is a terrible thing around butane fumes...

Cannabutter is the way to go. Takes longer to make but the high is so much better than trying to mix bud into brownies:thumbup: You're gonna need a little more bud tho:stoned:

Yessir! Never do this... that is the typical n00b mistake and produces shitty, nearly inedible brownies.

ALWAYS prepare butter FIRST, then make anything you want! Brownies, cookies or simply spread it on toast with some sugar! YUMMY!

in truth, the best way is this, in my experience.

esp for taste. this method removes all the water soluble stuff...which is none of the high and most of the taste and smell. this way your brownie tastes like a brownie, not the bottom of some colombian field worker's boot dipped in chocolate. :tongue:

First simmer the whole bud mass, well ground, stems and all, in water in a crock pot. DO NOT let it boil, some crockpots will. just keep it steaming for about 4 hours.

now add butter. about a stick an ounce for mids, you can always add more butter, but no one wants to eat a stick for a buzz. let simmer another couple of hours.

take the liquid and strain out the bud. it's hay now, toss it. make sure you strain well and squeeze all the liquid out you can with cheesecloth or an old clean tshirt...that's your high.

Take the liquid and put in a tall cylindrical container, like a ice tea pitcher.

Let stand for 24 hours in  the refrigerator.


LET STAND FOR 24 HOURS IN THE REFRIGERATOR.
It really is that important.


After twenty four hours, very carefully tip the butter out into a large dish. the top of the butter mass will be very hard, but it gradiates down to very very soft on the bottom, and if you allow it to mix back with the water, you will lose lots of butter and high.

let the water left on the butter run off, then freeze it if you aren't going to cook with it immediately.

it lasts for years frozen.

cook with it as you would normal butter.

It is best to titrate the dosage for each batch before you have a party; potency will vary widely and each batch of butter will have a different *fun* dose. High dosages of this butter have had friends of mine talking to dead ppl very matter-of-factly. This is what convinced me that pot really could be a hallucinogen.

That's how I do it as well... and one of my female friend who slept for 20 straight hours and woke up high can attest to the potency of well made butter. :yesnod:

I will add that straining the liquid butter from the plant matter after simmering is VERY IMPORTANT. You have to squeeze the living shit out of it! All the good saturated oil is IN the plant matter, and you can lose quite a bit of THC in this critical stage.

So I made the brownies about a week ago,still have a few left. Used the 5g into cooking oil and made the brownies afterwards. All in all, the brownies were very sucessful, got extremely high and just when i thought i couldnt get higher i got too hyper, so I got my bike and went around the whole town as fast as i could. Almost had an asthma attack but it's all good (: It lasted for around 6-7 hours before i knocked outt

P.S= I took 1 brownie from a batch of 16.

Gratz..sounds like u did an excellent job and had fun. Can't ask for more.

BTW, those brownies will freeze for a month easy without any loss of potency or taste. After that the taste will degrade faster than the potency :tongue2:.
