Unfortunatly sporeworks dissapointed me again.

Originally I placed an order for their "your choice pick 4 cubensis". I did choose a strain that they didn't carry by mistake and they sent me a pan strain. Which I don't have the materials to utilize that strain I asked for a replacement. They agreed and I picked one out.

Before it shipped I saw that they had a Nov sale and I got ordered one more strain and asked for both to be shipped at the same time to save shipping. Let them know I was a Shroomery member and I chose them for their reputation here.

I got my mis shipped strain and recieved a different strain then my order. And by chance was one I already chose from my first order. So I feel like I ordered the 5th and got jipped, I still only have 4 strains.

I don't even know if I want to go through the hassle of telling them and trying to get the 5th strain I wanted. I think they may have lost me as a customer. Everyone here says they get hooked up when they mention they are a member here. I got mis shipped twice and got nothing hooked up extra.

Wow, a rare Sporeworks complaint sighting.  I heard these exist but I've never had the opportunity to do a screen capture of one.

I could be wrong here but I would bet that the two later orders didn't get combined and that your miss-shipped strain replacement came with a hookup syringe that you mistook for your additional order.  The shippers get used to doing things a certain way and special requests, even if they make sense, don't always happen as expected.  Your November sale secondary order is probably on its way.

Again, I could be wrong so I would either wait a few more days for the order to show up or call/email to confirm.  Good luck!

Well, hopefully. But my Nov order can with a tracking number and it said it was delivered. So I don't think that I am expecting anything else from them.

It was very dissapointing, only because I haven't found many bad reports on them either. That's why I chose them in the first place.

Edit: psilocyber sent me a pm and expressed that he was sorry for the mishap and would like to fix it. I will keep you posted, hopefully it will work out in the end.

In all my dealings with sporeworks they have been amazing. I've even had them send me replacement cultures 6 months after my initial order date. I'm sure they will set it right.

Well it should all be taken care of now :smile: psilocyber sent his apologies and confirmed that I would be taken care of and provided a tracking number for the shipment.

BTW psilocyber it really helps alot having a tracking number since it's very cold right now. I can catch them before freezing.

I also wanted to mention that I was blown away with the amount of spores that were in my syringes. My lil bro got some from another co and you couldn't even see spores in there, it was just liquid. They did produce, so they wern't bunk.

Sounds like you were confused pretty much the whole time.  You shoulda started off with a single syringe if you were unsure how the company handles mislabeled order forms.  So next time read whats available on the website.  Glad to see you wernt too bummed afterall.

I ordered a four pack of PES Amazonian and a bunch of other stuff from sporeworks.

Yesterday i got one syringe of PES Amazonian along with the other stuff..


I have a support ticket in now since no one answered there phones today when i called.

So let me get this straight- You ordered an out of stock strain. They substituted it with a more expensive pan species. You aren't happy. You ask for a (FREE) replacement for the substitution which they agree to do. Afterwards, you notice a special and place another order and ask for it to be combined with the replacement package from the original order.

At this point it seems they forgot to combine the new order with the replacement package. The FREE replacement package comes with the syringe you requested, plus a freebie syringe. But you're not happy again since the freebie strain is one you already had. Rather than "go through the hassle" of contacting sporeworks and getting it worked out, you decide to post negative feedback here.

This is a joke right? This is like me coming to the airport late for a flight, having the ticket agent upgrade me to first class then me showing my thanks by punching her in the face.

I ordered only once from them and it arrived in a few days.  Everyone is gonna screw up sometimes.  I think their reputation speaks for itself.  You should know better, even if your one order happens to get messed up.

Well actually I mistaked and ordered one they do not carry, I admit it's my fault. But the company should have noticed and notified the customer to see what they could replace it with. I am not interested in a pan strain right now. So yes, I requested another cubensis.

They didn't forget, it was mis shipped again. And yes, I requested to have them shipped at the same time to save THEM money on shipping. They didn't put any freebie strain in either of my first orders... I "went through the hassle" with the first problem, and I didn't really fell like doing it again. All I see here is good feedback and I felt jipped. I took back my negative feedback when psylociber contacted me, maybe you should read douch.

Well when I order something I expect to get what I ordered, or at least communication from the company that there was something wrong with the order.

So I am a problem customer because I ordered through them and they mis shipped me twice? Maybe if they didn't mis ship me, I wouldn't have had to go back and complain.

Well I came on here to say thank you to psilocyber for fixing my order. I recieved it yesterday with 2 freebie's. I am very happy with sporeworks now and plan to use them in the future.

For all the haters and douch bags that want to be ass holes. Good for you, life wouldn't be life without pessimists like you. I am glad that I am a content, happy person and don't go to other peoples threads to talk shit like you.

No need for name calling sweetheart. But if you're going to do it at least do it right. It's douche, not douch. I'm glad Sporeworks made things right for you. If you had done some searching on the forum, you would have seen that they usually bend over backwards to make the customers happy and there was no need for you to badmouth them in the first place. I only see one hater here and it sure as hell isn't me. :peace:

But you're willing to come on the board and tell everyone how sporeworks sucks and then respond to everyone's post criticizing you for doing so?  Seems like a bigger waste of time than asking sporeworks to work out some sort of deal.
