Roadkill's poo tek

I was wondering if you could use cow poo or manure instead of horse poo for this tek. Also wondering.... Alot of people say brf is a bad alkaloid producer so will spawing the poo from brf cakes increase the potency as opposed to just doing the pf tek with just cakes. Thanks....

yes you can naturally use any dung your little hands can find.
With regards to potency just do it and find out for yourself.
Is it really that important?
Just spawn the dung and enjoy the mushrooms.
