So 42% of blacks have genital herpes. I'm sure a hell of a lot of blacks have other STDs but not genital herpes. Once you tally it up, I'm betting that around 80-90% of blacks have at least 1 STD.
So I don't think its racist to assume she probably has an STD just because she's black. Its probably accurate. If over 50% of them have one, then its true- if you're black, you probably have an STD.

-Black women, the majority of whom are infected through heterosexual contact, are far more affected by HIV than women of other races. The rate of new HIV infections for black women is nearly 15 times as high as that of white women, and nearly four times as high as that of Hispanic women.
