Any Shroomerites here use Twitter?  Or do you think it's gay?

Negative...I don't care what other people are doing...I mean sometimes I do not need 10 minute updates.

Haha, that response was so expected I snorted.

It seems like a marvelous waste of energy.  I've been using it a lot recently because I have fears of abandonment and it helps me "feel more connected" with people.

I know, I know...just what I need...another spot online for me to masturbate my ego with.

I use it, but only to receive updates, news etc.

I never update my own status since I don't know anyone that uses it.

Apparently, a lot of people use it as a large "real-time chat" type of software, but I haven't really figured that out yet.

I still don't really know what Twitter is. I've never used it.. don't plan on it

Myspace/Facebook/Twitter is all gay shit.

I talk to my friends on the phone like real friends do to keep in touch

I'm not really a "talk on the phone" person.

I know a lot of Shroomerites are on Facebook, but I haven't "gotten into" that yet.  My dad is even on there...maybe that's why.

I have an account. It's good for getting updates in specialized areas like art and science. There are a few people on it who are good at aggregating information and who have interesting things to say. It was one of the best places to follow the ill-fated Iranian Green Revolution in real time while it was going on.

Myself, I don't make very many posts on it, because I don't have a large following, and most of my posting energy gets used up other places, like here...

It's also damn hard to express oneself adequately in 140 characters...
