st rang mushroom

Habitat:was growing on cliff side off to the side of a bolder by a fast moving stream and is growing out of a hickory nut it is still on the root

Gills:
the gills are cream on the out side turning dark gray by the stem attached and close to gather
stem  about 5 inch has a annulus just below the cap was orange at the base turning yellow to white as it reached the cap and was kinda scaly flesh look and hollow

Cap:
dome shaped orange had small white hair looking around the cap about half way up when i picked it and the small one as them almost all over the cap it is tough texture to it and like a powder finish to it

Spore print color:
it is dark so far print is going slow not brown it is blackish so far

Bruising:
did not see any but stem got darker after picked

Other information:
it is a meaty cap whit some weigh to it and was growing from a nut where you would think a mushroom would not grow i look for 4 more hours trying to find a norther one i have saw a lot of pics just not like this one

Looks a good bit like Leratiomyces squamosus var. squamosus (aka Psilocybe squamosa, one of the inactive "Psilocybes").

in pa just above wv is where i live so it that a good sign other Psilocybe mushroom could be growing some where around

Not necessarily.  Read up on Psilocybe oviodeocystidiata.  That's your best bet, especially next spring.
