At one point, I had all of my money invested in Bank Of America at $3.00.  I wish I had kept it there until the stock reached $19.  That would have been epic.  :sad:

I think I had intended to keep it there, but one time the stock went WAY up.  Then it went BACK down to $2.00 p/s.  That's when I decided to start day trading because I thought it was pointless to watch the stock go up and down over and over.  But then I started investing in other stocks and in the mean time, BAC took off like a rocket.  So in retrospect, it was a stupid thing to do.  I could have realized a 600% profit.  :sad:

I hear ya man; I play the stock market as well. At the time, I didn't have enough funds to invest in Apple, but if I did- I would have made $70 profit per share.

I invested in Dell instead, and as of today- only made $2.20 per share, it went up to $17 two weeks ago, but then had a bad week. Hopefully it'll jump to $20 for the christmas rush. I'm surprised Apple is doing so well despite all the hardware/overheating/freezing issues.

Yeah, that sucks.  But you can play the "what if" game all day.  Hindsight is 20/20.  Good luck in the future.

By the way, just yesterday I found out on the Money Matters forum that there are two medical marijuana stocks.  Both look really good to me.  MJNA and CBIS. 

MJNA went up about 82% the other day after the gov't announced that they wouldn't bust MM dispensaries.  Yesterday it was at .30 and went up to .35 today.  That would have been about 17% return.  And it does that regularly.  CBIS looks good from .45 to .50 too.  It does that regularly.

Think what 500 shares of AIG stock @ 2.00 a pop.. you sell at $4.00 each and make a grand feeling like a boss.

Then you forget about it for a year and check to see what it is now. >$50. You begin to wonder what 500 * ~$50 is, and how much of a fucking idiot you are thinking it'd never come back higher.

Then wonder about how you're going to pay off student loans and afford a wedding at the same time.

Get back to me when you feel bad, I'll make you feel a lot better.

earlier this year i switch all of my 401k to alcoa stock it was at 6.50 its already up to 14 and im assuming after the recession it should go back up to 30 something opened my 401k almost exactly two years ago already have over 16000 dollars booyah

In that same month, Google destroyed my business and crippled dozens of our clients with their shitty Adwords policies. Glad to see it worked out well for them.
