Ok, so i got 7 jars at 100% 2 have been there for about 2 days the other five just since last night....
QUESTION!!!!

What's the minimum amount of time i could wait before their first dunk?

i never wait the week after full colonization.  I just dunk when 100%

Although i may advise others in a general way regarding all types of mushroom grows, and may even post question from other forums about growing "active" mushrooms, i only grow non-"active" mushrooms and edibles.

waiting a week after 100% is the way it's recommended. From what I've read it lessens the chance for a longer fruiting period.

the week waiting period is just for reassurance that the inside, which we cant see is also colonized.

If you introduced fruiting conditions early, the mycelium might still want to be in growth stage rather than fruiting longer; but because of the increased fresh air, it cant.

the rr tek claims that the myc needs at least a week to take better hold of the substrate.  waiting a week will def give quicker pinning. plus no risk of ur cakes dehydrating.  wollongong is the only exception to this in 'my own' experience.  the moment those wollys were 100% they started fruiting
