how can i put pictures on my posts?

I have been doing a grow log now for 6 weeks. 
EVERYTHING is great except i cant get my pics on here for everyone to see!!
I have uploaded them, however i dont know how to post them..

PLEASE HELP

uhh

image shack

then click the mountain with the moon thing

and put your picture in between the img tags

make sure it's the .jpg (or .png or whatever it is) link you're putting in there or it won't show

Shroomery offers free image hosting with thumbnails, BBcoded link's, ect..

Look up top left side of the website were it says,

Welcome [Username]

Click pics then upload.
