why did HPI

The odds of you staying for any length of time is small.

I saw this coming a long time ago and warned hpi about it in an IM.

He chose to continue to act like an angry tweaker by calling people names in the Pub, so he got the banstick again :shrug:

I foresee a perma ban in hpi's future.

or it could just be that he doesnt know when to quit, about a
month ago he and I went through it because he's sitting at 45
points, well over the permaban, the way I see it the thing we
have for him is we would like to keep him around but he's got
start reminding himself of where he's posting

there's like 30 entries for him on the BOM

he says/gives some of the dumbest advice in the ODD. That and he tweaks on adderal...I asked him why he didn't grow some balls like a big boy and smoke meff, his response was something about how he tried it and dint like it.

A lot of people seem to think he's the authority on speed :whatever:. I think he's just an 18 year old ADD kid who spends way too much time trying to prove how angry he is.

In any case he says some funny shit but all the arguing he does to back his point is a turnoff.

There's no set number.. you can permaban someone with zero points for certain offenses. Some offenses are worth more points then others.
However.. I do believe the Ban-O-Matic starts suggesting a perma ban as a possible infraction at about 25? points.
