If you lose a testicle, the other makes up for it. There's a reason we have 2, you dont NEED both. Sperm production wouldn't be "down" in fact, I was under the assumption that youre more likely to get a female prego with 1 rather than 2, tho I'm not positive on that fact.

From what I've read, if you lose one testicle, the other one compensates for the testosterone and other hormones from the other one.

But I still wouldn't do it.  I'd do it for a million bucks though.
