Do you let small things bother you?

I always tend to over react and get way to mad and dwell on stupid little shit that shouldnt even matter.  For example I lost $50 dollars today which shouldn't be a big deal but I have spent the entire day bitter and angry thinking of all the useful ways I could of used it.  Or if I lose a bud of dank or something even when I have more than enough I still will let it bother me way to much.  Little shit just irritates me more and more these days its like I'm always just waiting for a reason to explode.  Doesnt just apply to losing stuff either same goes for when someone fucks me over doesnt matter if it was for something big or not I never forget and will hold a grudge.  I'm pretty much always angry and I honestly don't know the reason anyone else like this at all?

i personally cnat stand half the ppl i come across...stupid shit they do and say...fuck...
that is why i smoke pot, it mediates me...
but when i lose a chunk of dank, i get fukcin mad...i tear my room apart...
you lost $50? if i lost a $20 i would be mad for a week lol
i generally just get really frustrated with all the stupid shit i cant do anything about...but smoking pot allows me to chill and just kick it :smile:

Its not healthy to be angry, maybe if you exercise at least 30 mins every day you'd be able to chill a bit more easily?

Its a shame to lose $50 but being angry for a full day is much more of a loss.  Kind of pales in comparison to a car breakdown / police encounter / etc.  Try to look on the bright side.

Heres another example, its 8 oclock right now and I wanted to swing by my guys house to pick up weed tonight.  He just IMed me saying whats up I respond back within 2 seconds "whats up you still on that?" I wait 10 minutes he says nothing and then signs off.  WTF I already have weed and have no problem picking it up tomorrow but he's the one who called me an hour ago saying "Itd be better if you can get it tonight" and then he pulls this shit and I have to sit around playing the fucking waiting game when I just wanna get blazed and watch tv.

I used to get like that sometimes, but I've noticed it goes away with age. My dad is sorta like that, too, but he also gets really happy sometimes (not that he's "bi-polar").

Yeah most people on IM are like that, it pisses me off. I'm also extremely territorial over girls, I go insane knowing that the girl I'm with isn't a virgin, which isn't realistic but It still drives me crazy. Time to hit up the arab mail order wife sites
