that was badass dude. That must have taken a hell of a long time to build and tweak with to get it to work right.

I tried to build one of those when i was a kid. It didnt work out too well

man im so curious about this stuff.  do you just have a spare room that you do this in?  do you do this for fun or are you for some reason compelled to make such devices, did psychedelics directly/indirectly lead you to making rube goldberg?

I do this all in my room; it is a ghetto apartment and my walls are sheet rock. So I hot glue the fuck out of it as it is easily repairable. I would LOVE a dedicated studio for these.

I am an Artist and Comedian, and I consider Rube's an art form. There seems to be a very comfortable medium of art and comedy in these that gives me limitless ideas. Not to mention all the thinking involved, which I love.

I call the psychedelics, because they are very of the mind, and I'd say very noticably associative. Add in collage elements and you have layers of information. Very trippy.

I'm going to make a behind the machine video, so to speak, where I will talk about different objects. It should be fun.

Walls are optional.
I prefer a mix of wall and 3-d space,
3-d space over just plain wall.

Damn dude, how long did that take you to create?  I imagine it'd be alot of guess and check, alot of trial and error...I think it'd be like setting up domino's, I'd end up fucking it up over and over again, and having to start over.
