There are some of those today. :yesnod:

You don't wanna call that number. If you dial any number that contains the numbers 911 consecutively, then you will dial 911.

You might wanna check out some MySpace chicks if you want a no-drama mamma. :smirk:

Yup, at least here in Cali. I should write that number on every bathroom stall I go to with a little note that says, "Call me for sex".

Dark matter is another pointless discovery in science's secular nonsecular quest for "the big truth" and "eternal life". We'll probably end up finding a way to harness dark matter so we can blast off into space and fuck it up too.

They only reason they think dark matter exists is from the gravitational pulls that they can't figure out.  When in fact it might just be the power of the black holes.

The Second Renaissance (Part I, above) always fucked me up while tripping, as did Program and Matriculated. So many emotions.

"Beyond" reminded me of Fooly Cooly for some reason.

Biological Engineering

Life Extension

I also believe that our understanding of quantum mechanics will enable humanity to permanently solve all energy/fuel problems. (I think the time will come when they learn to "engineer" specific atoms/molecules directly from the most available type of other atom/molecule. I'm dumb and don't have any reason why I believe they'll achieve this, it just feels realistic, haha.

Also, neurology. We barely understand the brain. The relationship between consciousness and reality isn't really known or charted. This, in combination with biological engineering will be HUGE in the next century. Think, our intelligence is the result of our genes giving us a big enough brain, but there's nothing saying we've evolved the BIGGEST brains genetically possible. There could be ways of perceiving reality, ways of deciphering mathematics, ways of using logic. etc. etc. that we haven't even grown the mechanisms to think about. If we eventually chart the specific genes for brain development, and start trying to work up from there/whatever... we could start even developing "thinking machines"... Although there's so much ethical stuff that will probably never fly to enable that type of research, kind of a shame.

i don't know enough to have proof, but what all my teachers have been saying is that there is no link between brain size and intelligence.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuroscience_and_intelligence

...and regardless, there would still be genes responsible for intelligence that scientists could use to engineer something with  superior mental capacity.

Beyond reminded me of a DXM trip.  The part when she's in the trippie building....

I swear I saw these these same visuals and had that same feeling in my body.

That link only goes to show that brain size and intelligence don't correlate.

Ah, the FLCL thing is that she reminds me of Mamimi.

Can definitely relate to the DXM type-trip part. Spot on.

Weird, my old phone number was 249-1143. I guess that doesn't apply here.

Nanotech is coming.
