You sir, were the only person in that raw thread who made a bit of sense. Many of your points were valid! I respect you for posting, especially after seeing what I was already dealing with in there.

Hey thanks my friend. I felt the same way about your posts. The raw food debate is a tough one, especially with the word "vegan" thrown in the mix...not to mention it was in "The Pub" of all places
I said I would scan pages of that book and make an Alkaline/Acid-forming food/Mantak Chia themed discussion thread. It will probably end up in Physical & Mental well-being and will hopefully be more of a tea-time topic rather than people chewing each other out with no compassion for their background or frame-of-mind.
