I sent money via paypal. It took a few emails before it was sent. What arrived was unidentified and certainly not what I was supposed to get. This member offered a replacement. I have waited and emailed but nothing has been changed. I will update this if the situation is rectified.
UPDATE:
Paypal says the user cannot respond to claims against the account. They will not refund for an item that is "not as described". AVOID DEALING WITH THIS MEMBER

I wanted just a few of each type of seed for my garden. He sent full packs and even got the ones I suggested as a BONUS. I'll be eating good and giving away my extra plants thanks to you! Will trade again anytime.
