What hangs in the balance is jobs/energy v. environment.

At this point, it becomes a philosophical debate about where the thresholds should be. That is, what is the right amount of pollution? I feel that the rule was too harsh on energy companies. I think there is a way to solve the problem, but this is not it. I feel there may be better ways to solve the issue.
