Yes but if you immediately get rid of your plants and let them seize your equipment there is no problem. Expensive joke but not much legal consequence otherwise. But yeah it's ridiculous.

Policemen are so lenient though, just letting you go even when you have baggies and scales in your car... :shrug:

I plan on leaving the u.s as well sometime in the near future .
For the similar reasons as yourself , I would just like to be left the fuck alone .

Lots of people who like to be left the fuck alone live in Montana too, but probably a different lifestyle than holland.

It's kind of difficult to live in Holland and be left alone. It's a densely populated part of the country, after all. It's possible to live a bit more isolated in other parts of The Netherlands, but not so much in Holland.
