Frist time tripping
I’d been sitting on this dose for a few weeks. Life had been rough—emotional fatigue, relationships straining. Something in me was calling for a reset. I ground the shrooms, lemon tek’d them, put on my favorite ambient mix, and laid on my bed with an eye mask.
The come-up was gentle at first—tracers, breathy visuals—but at around 45 minutes, it hit like a soft implosion. My limbs felt electric. My body folded inward, not in pain but in deep awareness. I became hyper-aware of emotional weight I hadn’t acknowledged in years.
Suddenly I felt like I was dissolving. I saw pieces of my past—arguments, doubts, shame—drifting around me. At one point, it was just like I was shedding parts of myself that no longer fit, breaking off pieces of me I was ready to leave behind. These weren’t abstract thoughts—they had shapes, textures, sometimes even sounds. One memory, shaped like a rusted key, floated off and I watched it vanish.
Lying there, I felt completely deconstructed. My body was buzzing and my breath became the only anchor. But then, subtly, I felt my thoughts stitching themselves together. Coming down felt like I was stitching myself back together, every thought like a thread reconnecting me. I could feel the seams reforming, the self reassembling—not in its old form, but as something slightly revised.
By 1 AM I felt like I’d returned, softer somehow. I journaled until the ink bled. Integration will take time, but I know something let go that night. A part of me is lighter now.
