I can’t say I’m shocked to learn that you’re a recovering addict. I respect your choice to be opiate and meat free but I will continue to consume both without issue.

Too late. We all have to eat peanuts now. Rip to everyone with peanut allergies 💀

Heavily researched nutrition and health and came to the conclusion that humans can’t digest meat.

So either you didn’t research it at all, or you read the ramblings of nutballs.

Look, obviously not everything you’re saying is wrong. You’re just not saying anything *correct.* Pumping animals full of chemicals doesn’t make the concept of consuming meat unhealthy, it makes the concept of consuming bad meat unhealthy. Even then, I’d include chickens fed with antibiotics over a mainly carbohydrate diet every time.

You confuse concepts consistently and show a near zero understanding of the basics of human biology and nutrition.

You have a lot of words to say, and I’m reading them, but you’re not really having the discussion the rest of us are. You’re only marginally included because you’re refutable. If we ignored what you were saying entirely the conversation would be the same.

Read more. Type less. That’s still the right advice for you.

Shit, while we are at it let's force everyone to eat peanuts. They are good for you :house:

We all have our intolerances :sadyes:

It would be nice if we knew the optimum diet for all human beings and we could effectively prescribe a blanket diet that would eliminate all issues.

And we can.

And that diet is just spam and eggs. Fight me.

I wonder....I don't eat pig meat(not because of religion. I just hate the taste.). I've only ever eaten cow and chicken/turkey and I don't have any bad health issues. The cow is probably only 10-20% of my diet though. I mainly consome chicken/turkey for my protein.

Just a customized daily pill would be a godsend. Not having to eat? That sounds amazing because I hate eating. I find no enjoyment or comfort in it. Some things taste a little better than others but I don't understand how people eat for pleasure.

Birds are an excellent meat choice. Super healthy. IMO bird fat is also the most delicious.

Oh another thing about me, I can't STAND animal fat. I don't eat steaks but on rare occasions where I have one I will butcher the shit out of it to avoid the fat. It's a texture thing. Can't fucking stand it.

something like 20% of your calories should come from some type of lipid. Under lipidation can cause hydration issues, depending on other circumstances.

But that doesn’t have to be animal fat. It can be like olive oil and stuff

That’s because you’re eating low quality meat. You get your hands on some good shit and that fat renders like candy. Duck fat is insane. The tallow from my pigs is outrageous. I made popcorn in some bacon fat and it was unreal. Shitty food is shitty food. Ever compared a real tomato to a slice of tomato from a Wendy’s burger??

Yeah I eat dishes with oils. But I also drink quite a bit of fluids throughout the day....probably because I'm not hitting that % I need to. Still feel alright though

I got clean of opiates back in 2016. I have ever since been. So no, I am not recovering at all.

Your fundamental argument is "it's natural". That's pretty much all you can say to support your point of view.

Science is real. Everything I have brought up is real. The doctors, the data, the links, the studies, plant based diets curing disease, meat causing disease. All real.
You can't revoke a bloody damn thing by saying it's natural.

I subscribe to the school of thought that an addict is either using or recovering. There’s no finish line where the tense changes to “recovered” because relapse is always possible. I knew a lot of opiate addicts back in Ohio and the ones that didn’t get clean eventually died. None of them ever returned to just casually doing dope. Kinda like your abstinence from meat.

You’ve managed to get clean and it sounds like you have no intention of relapsing which is noble. But I don’t think that should have any bearing on my choice to consume either.

I’d be more inclined to take you seriously if you’d stop saying things like this. Probably not the case. You are so misinformed you’re not even having the same conversation we are.
