Re: First line last line poety. [Re: Eddeee]

"Then all things will be true"
The man in the white garb preached to you.
As if he knew all along the pain that you suffered through.
That he knew exactly why the sky was blue.
The weight squishes your face.
Your body is contorted into oblivion
while your mind is stretched to the infinite.
You watch your own gruesome transformation goes unnoticed
by the audience of the one who spits rhetoric.
In plain view your eyes fly out of your sockets.
Your bones become metallic.
So all you are is another heretic to be admonished.

So all you are is another heretic to be admonished
so whats new don't be astonished
I don't believe in politics
nor do I believe in heretics
Just a bunch of game show host
to see who can get the most
It is clear to me
and plain to see
in this world we live
makes our minds a sieve
leaves you feeling like shit
like you live in the deepest pit
and there nothing you can do
to bring a change for you
but it good to realize
that its not about the prize
Its about life and good times
good music and good rhymes
so hold on to what you got
sit back take another shot

U

Then all things will be true,
From any point of view,
as logic fails, and the system prevails.

Our minds to be wasted in pastel sameness
Normality is imaginary, heinous.
Pushed to the brink, non one thinks.

Brainwashed. Common everything.
Your thoughts are scintillating
television images; programmed innocence.

Wake up and smell the rot,
before they take everything you've got.
Your soul is for sale in this mental jail.

(oops, missed the last 2)

Sit back and take another shot-
unscrew the bottle cap ... crank back the bolt
take out a shot glass ... get a shell from your coat
pour out the booze ... put the bullet in the gun
nothing left to lose ... got the target on the run
a drink to the dead ... a sight for sore eyes
hits the stomach like lead ... a life for a life.

(Hey thats ok it happens nice though I like the last line "Your soul is for sale in the mental Jail )

Hits your stomach like lead...a life for a life
before you know you are dead...a wife for a wife
but I know instead, a fife for a life with a better wife
wait a knife for a life with a better fife without the wife
no a life without a knife but only a fife to play to your wife
maybe a wife to have for life who can play the fife while using a knife

maybe a wife to have for life who can play the fife while using a knife
will sever a finger in doing so
That might be the least of your worries when you find out what shes been doing
While she plays a fife and prepares your supper with a smile, behind those she conspires so
Although she is your wife for life, that doesn't make her the most faithful.
It also does not make her the most commendable.
For if you knew exactly what she did with the time she had between nine and five then maybe you wouldn't be so content
But alas you sit there with your silly smile and your jolly demeanor.
While you sip soup and gaze out the open window to an oak tree swaying in the distance
As you blow the elusive smoke out of your next spoonful, no matter how you try you will never blow out the lead she so carefully threaded all these years.

never blow out the lead she so carefully threaded all these years.
Then head reclines and you think of past days
And dive down the spirals you go
Going hey nony hey hey nonny no
you meet yourself in certain kinds of ways
Ways you cant change that bring you unease
Down down down you go
a sexual feeling down deep curling consumes your body

A sexual feeling down deep curling consumes your body
and suddenly out of no where you here "I got to go potty"
There goes the timing and the mood
but you don't want to come off as mean or rude
and she climbs out of bed and shuts the door
so you wait and you wait until you can't wait no more
so you get up to see what is up in the next room
and to your surprise there nothing there but a broom
and now your all alone once again
but really did you think she was that good a friend
the food  was good the sex was good
I guess it wasn't understood that she would
ever have that feeling for you
It wasn't what you thought or knew
You had to go through the ritual
when the feeling were not mutual
and now here you stand
on this land
alone
because
you said
I love you.

I love you
Is such a cliched saying
What does it mean
No one dare says
Is it just for a moment
Just for one day
Or is it for infinity
And is infinity in the finite
Why is life so fucking confusing!

Why is life so fucking confusing
Because eyes above need constant amusing
Life is drama drama drama
Life is trauma trauma trauma
It is entertainment this thing called free will
They all are watching  while you take that Jagged pill
Its all just a big big show
weather its fast or slow
there watching you every day
watching you while you pay
for simple pleasure
that do not measure
to what you think it should
deep down you thinks its understood
Its just a game they play
for ever and every day
There watching you
and there nothing you can do
fight them fight them back
give them some smack
don't give them the treasure
or any pleasure
Piss them off a bit
give them shit
don't let them win
one day you'll have to sin
That is what there waiting for
for your life to hit the Flore
waiting for that mistake
so they can make you responsible for sin

so they can make you responsible for sin
Sin is the witchdoctors death rattle stick
he creeps up to you and softly touches your flesh with it
your GOT
your GOT
death is the creeper
your damned
your damned
death is the creeper
you think so
so it is
the rattle in your throat
death creeps flesh

Death creeps flesh.
Smell creeps in your nasal cavity.
A roach the size of your thumb skitters in your lungs.
The body beside you wails in agony.
The slightest touch warms you.
The slightest look tortures you.
Even during your final minutes you ask for company.
The kind that always butchered you for being what you came to be.
The time has passed.
Clueless and reckless you wander the Earth.

Clueless and reckless, you wander the Earth.
A question in the throat, temper on the tongue
Clenched fists of fingers grasping at Worth.
Body and mind full grown, spirit ever young...

Desparate for a taste of truth- look inside.
Life's journey to the certainty of death
is beset with contradictions and lies.
Open 3rd eye.Fill your soul.Live in each breath.

breath breathing out
No end
I am disturbed
No in-breath
just breathing out
just breathing out
the moon appears partially from behind a wispy garment
undressed soothes my breathless soul

Undressed soothes my breathless soul
with each minute and each hour
This Journey is taking its toll
my mind starts to loose power

my thoughts they wonder
like a hidden stillness inside
it makes me ponder
this real life ride

my future ahead of me
and what is in store
and all that is going to be
from here and evermore

from here and evermore
then the moon sheds spinning spirals
that come and tickle me
my giggling turns to frenzy
and crying becomes laughter
and laughter becomes crying
and my tears form a pond
which the moon forms upon
and i sink sensually
into this comical ending

Into this comical ending
flickering embelishments disappear.
Oh. My window frame is bending,
reflections reattaching. End is near.

Spirals wrap and encapsulate
-duality crush, amalgamation.
Strangled energy undulates,
tiny explosions blast-coruscation...

Cosmic fuzz covers everything.
This glowing dust is the veil between worlds.
My perception unaccepting,
Deep breath...Push out...Duality unfurls!!

Deep Breath push out Duality unfurls
u notice it looks like little pearls
dripping dripping like sound
touching the ground
and unseen eyes tracking
all ways packing
cold steal in the night
broken windows silent lights
my dog was killed today
went out side to play
squished in the driveway
I didn't cry
i just asked why
and there was no answer

and there was no answer
but I still listened
and could hear my heart beating
In my ears blood sounding
clashing words confused
where do 'they' go
I am here and I don't know
I sang a song
the song was slow
slow dead beats
and it went so

Re: First line last line poetry. [Re: zzripz]
    #17773167 -

And it went so
the sad ending
the desperate plea
the sound of one squealing in the night so I couldnt sleep
steely contempt in their eyes
stealing my soul shes captured my eye
but I know its not meant to be
what the fuck do I even mean to this world
to this girl
to this place
to this race to hoard material things
the pursue of numbers
"pursuit of happiness"
what a joke
Doesn't matter if it's written on hemp or cowhide
It's 2 pennies worth of jumbled up letters that you could find inside a fortune cookie
I can't even begin to feel angry
People are afraid of purgatory
But they don't know they are already in it
Shameless advertisement of the direct opposite
"You can be whatever you want to be"
They said to me
That man in the suit
The man holding a rifle
The woman with a basket of grapes under a #FFFC17 Yellow1 sun
They all said it
Said it without shame
Maybe they just didn't want to read the UELA
No, that would take effort
Besides, no one ever reads the disclaimers

So I spend my days
on a forum
Typing words to obscene for mainstream ears
They would never have me
You would never have me
I'm not even a poet
I'm not even a person
