Yes but the damage cannabis smoke can cause pales in comparison to the damage that cigs do. THC has anti carcinogenic properties but can lower your immune system and cause illnesses and is also slightly linked to pre cell damage prior to cancer cells forming.
Most issues from cannabis smoke arise when the user also smokes tobacco.

I noticed All youre sources you list come from goverment websites get a source with a non biased credible view then we will talk.But what the U.S. government says about marijuana is horse shit.I understand that there are a few cons to maijuana but i was taking 20 pills a day before medical marijuana, with pills i was having more then 15 side effects

I never said it was innocent, abusing anything can be detrimental to your health. a glass of red wine a day can improve cardiovascular health but drinking a bottle of wine a day can cause cirrhosis of the liver and other problems. Not the mention the mental issues abusing mind altering substances can have. Not to mention weed at a reasonable rate can extend the life of neurons and brain cells. People who smoke weed are shown to be less likely to develop alzheimers.
