How often do people need to cry about this forum?

There are great rules in place if you are unhappy with the quality of the threads please feel free to post some that are better, but prepare for debate.

I for one never come here and leave without having at least one post make me think about something in a novel (for me) way.

I voted no.

i see people clearly breaking the rules all the time but only depending on who's viewpoints are being juxtaposed will there be action... usually, the person with the lesser argument in the eyes of thread starter or PSP "usuals" get drafted.

there is bias based on the fact that there are less experienced people here when this, on some eyes, should be a forum for "understanding" P S and P when there are others NOT.

kinda hypocritical, in my opinion.

I see your point but I generally see this bias when the person with the "lesser argument" is not willing to debate and resorts to ad-hominem.

Again I witnessed a thread the other week where a relatively new member came in this forum and started to use personalisms to attack OC because his argument was weak and the mods did nothing.

I'm not saying that there is no bias but come on alot of the mods here are friends with the regulars so of course there is going to be some bias.

true, indeed... ad hominem, though, is one of the more accessed excuses i've seen around here. especially by certain people trying to be clever while hiding, insted of just manning the opinioned-asshole stance and just firing.

isn't that another fallitical (i might just be making words here) stance to take? hiding cynicism and cleverness in non-debatable posts after ones "opponent" has lost an argument is the essentially the same fucking thing, isn't it?
