Weed seems to send me straight into an 'ego death' experience everytime I do it over psychedelics (now 3 times). It was fine once, which is why last time I was convinced I could chance it lol, but as you read in my trip report such was not the case. I finally think I learned my lesson.

Honestly, Cannabis has become my least favourite drug that I've done in general, I'd take alcohol over it anyday and I don't even like alcohol much.


That's my feeling too. Makes me paranoid and dissociative and I hate those feelings

I love the weed headspace and smoke daily.
I use it mostly past the peak when I do mushrooms and enjoy it a lot. That post mushroom weed gets you lit.

I wouldn't touch alcohol with a ten foot pole. Five years without a sip.

as i planned last week, 3.5 grams of GTs brewed with juice from 1/4 of a lemon, some chopped ginger, and a spoon of honey. zero THC in my system before during or after.

drank it all as of right now

i have to stop and reevaluate

is this just a weird batch of shrooms?

or how much of what i understood to be the shroom experience was really just shrooms with THC in the mix

i really cant tell... but thats okay

it means more to explore. the deep end doesnt look as scary as it used to

big shout out to agar wedge for helping me stay on track with quitting weed these past couple weeks

using this trip as a golden opportunity to recontextualize weed in my mind. i really dont want it ever again. this is my big takeaway and what i will integrate tomorrow.

for now all i want to feel is love

sorry that i keep harping on my shitty relationship with weed here

that's good, though. that's very good.

oftentimes i'll just sit mostly still, comfy tho, right on through the main meal of the trip with my eyes half closed the entire time. This creates a two-fold show: atop I watch the fire works above my lids. And, observe myself as such concurrently with what's down below where the light shines. Which is just - the non trip zone i.e. regular ordinary world of pure nature but its adamic. Altogether it is fascinatingly wonderful, and, it also makes for much to look forward to contemplating afterwards too. (i.e., I'm treating the trip like a dream and things somehow become delegated to the area above my eyes that I can't actually see physically but dream is there anyways - like a lucid dream but with eyes half open). Of course, not every trip works out like I've described above. But, many many times - it does. :mushroom2:
