Induction presto open box for $108.

Induction top was on sale, I'll return that if it sucks.

I don't think you'll be returning the induction top, I've been using one from the start and I can't imagine using anything else.

Once you figure out the proper settings to keep your PC running without releasing too much steam but also not getting drops in pressure, you can just set the timer on your unit when you're done venting and leave it to run the cycle on its own, you don't need to babysit it at all.

Yeah, the induction hob is probably fine, it doesn't take much to get 3qt boiling  I have a cheap one myself, the only option I needed was to adjust wattage, with that I can just set it to 600w after reaching pressure, set the timer for the needed amount and walk away :awesomenod:

My scale works great for curries and chili, and it ain't half bad for jars or rye either.

I’m joining team bacon press. I want to see if a properly-leveled casing/pseudo casing will grow different than flattening with the back of my hand.
The standard canning lid is for size reference.

Not a new tool but I've seen some posts around that make me think that not everyone has this and they come in very handy:

Loading brf + verm or grain in jars and filling jars with dried fruits or caps becomes spillproof by just using a wide mouth funnel.

why not just use hand? like our ape ancestors? Hand fit corner good. Fit edge. Hand good. Can press. Can level. Can scoop. Hand OP.

I dont do well with hand. Hand inconsistent. Hand leave boney knuckle imprints and valleys of varying degree. Hand no good here. Hand shakey...brain usually excited for cult work after much caffeine intake.

Rounded corners are perfect in the shoebox.  11/10 would recommend.

I've got one with rounded edges, but it is rectangular. Perfect for shoeboxes or anything bigger.

Personally I prefer to sterilize them empty and pour like regular plates, but you can pre-pour them too: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/28744852

Though if what you liked about HG dishes was the screw on lid, these will probably not scratch the same itch.

Welcome back!
