Yeah I've never heard anyone say "yoLk." That would annoy the hell out of me. That's like saying "I'm going for a waLk."

buying local farm fresh eggs from chickens raised on pasture (eating grass and bugs, not soybeans and corn pellets) significantly reduces the risk of salmonella, which is pretty low to begin with.

30 deaths a year is not that much. And pretty much the only way you can die from salmonella is if you're immuno-compromised anyway.

I eat raw eggs all the time. I think they're healthier that way. Cooking them oxidizes the cholesterol and creates HCAs. Yes, I know the protein might be a bit more bioavailable when cooked, but that's not good enough comparatively.

Help me help you by spreading egg awareness so we can finally ban this killer food once and for all.

First of all, banning things is extremely hyporcytical for a "free and democratic" society to do. People should be able to put whatever they want into their bodies.

Simple as that.

Besides, eggs are a "super food", meaning they're extremely nutritious

Wow, I hate to point this out to you, but there's something called sarcasm and I think it's being applied to RP.

Indeed :yesnod: ...

The only eggs I eat are organic and from open pasture raised chickens. There's definitely a difference in the thickness of the shell and consistency of the egg "white" itself. And of course, taste

I love eggs, I eat 2-4 of 'em damn near daily. I put eggs in and on everything, from pasta to Quesadillas to Cheeseburgers...Eggs are delicious :drooling:

There's a guy who goes around door to door here supposedly who's been seen buying regular eggs and selling them as free range.

This mans arms are longer than his legs from carrying bags of eggs non stop for at least 20/30 years.

What a hustler.

You can't say that marijuana causes 0 deaths but eggs cause 30.  Eggs aren't killing people, bacteria is.  I wouldn't care if eggs or weed killed 100,000 people a year either, if people want to consume it the risk is their decision.  That being said, I eat 2 over medium eggs a day.  Eggs are an essential part of breakfast.  Its probably the only food I eat every single day.
