Unless you're a 6 foot 5 body builder, 220 is still too heavy

Agreed.  People fool themselves into thinking they are less fat then they are. 220 is a fine goal for somebody who is obese. But it is body builder level weight for somebody with low fat. Arnold Schwarzenegger was 230 when he won. If you are 220/230 you are either cut like mr universe or you are fat.

Come on bro. If you're willing to go down to 220, just keep going and aim for 200. Your heart will thank you or it.

For most of the normies out there, an operating system is just a bootloader for Google Chrome.

And I don't know what the mantis is praying for
But he's probably just thanking the Lord
That he don't live in a home
And he don't got a phone
And he don't sit around all angry and bored
(He's just a bug)

Its been 2 years. In those 2 years I got back to diet zero, and even over that, to about 375lbs.

New diet zero was about 375lbs.

I have started modifying my feeding habits again, this time doing away with most of the bread in favor of oatmeal.

2 years ago, I ate a lot of bread and ended up with fluid imbalance. Now I realize why: bread contains a hefty amount of salt, thus in my old diet the bread alone delivered 3gr of salt, an unacceptable amount.

I was going with the dietician mantra of "one feeding every 3 hours" which is true for bread but NOT for oatmeal. Oatmeal with its high soluble fiber retains the carbs much longer, like Sorghum with its starch degrading enzyme blockers. I decided to heed the advice of several Shroomerites to go longer periods without foods, intermittent fasting, and to lower the relative carb count a bit. (not low carb but reduced carb)

I'm also more aggressive with the veggies and the water intake.

I've lost a few pounds since.

Brother. One multivitamin. Only fruits and veggies / more veggies than fruit.
Discipline.

That's it.

I know you have it in you to control your vessel.

There is a story, in Daniel I think.., the kings men were not well because of their kings rations. They were "prescribed" only pulses (some translate as lentils) and water. Same idea. Eat what the earth provides. I love bread, but I stall in weightloss when I eat it. Too bloating, and salty (as you mentioned). Just whole plants, veggies, and nutes.

You got this.
