I really like the new Moonchild album, Templars In Sacred Blood

Wish I could post Evocation of Baphomet but it's not on Youtube

Have you heard the IAO album? Pretty sweet stuff...

I've been on a big Zorn kick for the past year.

BEen really diggin the Interzone album too. Furiously straight ahead and all over the place.

nice, someone is a fan.

i haven't heard much of his new stuff, because i haven't really checked into it yet... i've mainly been on little kick from the things that i've had already, for years now.

i really should check out some of the new stuff, but there is so much to choose from... haha, gotta just pick something and go from there, i guess.

that new stuff with Patton sounds mighty keen.

I find his record output rate to be completely underwhelming.

Yeah, he's like the Omar Rodriguez Lopez of being no-prolific. Wait did that make sense? Guess I don't have the sarcasm in me tonight.

Yeah the Moonchild stuff is a good place to go. I quite like the last two, Templars In Sacred Blood and Ipsissimus. The latter is basically klezmer-metal.

There's the Book of Angels stuff which is all over the place. It's all Zorn compositions performed by other groups, Zorn himself rarely appears. I'm partial to Xaphan, the Secret Chiefs 3 album. (But I'm highly biased towards anything SC3.)

He's been releasing a series of really lovely, soothing melodic stuff with mixed ensembles playing lots of keys, strings and mallet percussion and stuff. At the Gates of Paradise and In Search of the Miraculous come to mind of you're in the mood for that.

The so called 'Music Romance' series albums are a lot of fun. The Gift, The Dreamers, O'o...

You've heard At the Mountains of Madness? Super bad ass double live album of jew fusion. I actually haven't explored much of the Masada, Naked City or Painkiller stuff. I'm getting there...
